I went to the Anahuac vs. Barber's Hill 3A game on friday with a friend of mine. Anahuac has a kid, Shandy-Kerby, that was pretty impressive. Scored two TDs in a 22-41 loss to 3A power BH. Ran back a kickoff for a TD, had two other returns that totaled about 100 yards, scored on a 12 yard running play and caught a short pass out of the backfield for about 60 yards that led to their final score. He's getting a lot of press in the local papers and sure was fun to watch. God help them if he goes down.
