or whoever may know. Was the 96 yard td pass by Hill or the 89 yard run by Trent Rios a new school record for Smithson Valley??

I would say the 96 yard pass was (I didnt realize it was 96 yards!). However, I think Haney might have had a few runs over 89 yards.

Both were way too long as far as I'm concerned. That was one excellent pass by Hill. Sorry our slow DB couldn't stay up with him or play better D. The run was an excellent call with Judson defense on a stunt. Right call, right time, right runner.

They should have had him on that pass play. They were in good position, they just missed the tackle. As for catching him, that was not going to be easy. Cody is fairly fast. SV did get kind of lucky on that run. However, Trent did have to make some moves to get into the open field. I though he was going to run out of gas. They were right on his tail at about the 10-15 yard line.
