I posted a picture of Leslie in another thread and I though I would share all of the pictures I could find of him. Here is a little background information on Austin's post famous vagrant courtoisie de Wikipedia:

Leslie Alicia Cochran (born as Al Leslie Cochran on June 24, 1951) is a vagrant cross-dresser and arguably the most locally famous street person in Austin, Texas. He is an outspoken critic of police treatment of the homeless in the downtown Austin area. Many consider him to be the epitome of the Keep Austin Weird campaign.

Leslie hangs out around 6th Street, usually around 6th and Congress during business hours. He is most frequently seen wearing women's clothing; his most popular attire is a leopard thong and high-heeled shoes. Leslie prefers to be addressed as a "he", but accepts "she" for a more comedic effect that adds to the overall absurdity of Leslie's persona.

We have a similar guy/gal/thing here in Waco. They (cops and media) call him "Waco Willie".
I passed him/her/it on I35 Monday...and oh dear God why did I look?
He/she/it had on yellow Daisy Dukes with a sports bra...and yellow high heel shoes. Standing there trying to flag people down.
Oh Lord....it was terrible y'all.

Personally every state has theres, like the guy called naked cowboy in New york i think they're pretty cool they keep us amused.

If you look at all of the pics, you will notice he has a bluetooth and he is at ACL. There is no lack of money...hes just a crazy vagrant that doesn't have to pay bills. Also notice that in the pics with the girls, he is always stealing a feel. On one he is even brave enough to go downstairs. Dude is crazy, and very touchy feely but nice.

There was a guy much like Leslie in Abilene (though the Abilene version was a better dresser). Every city has at least one. Leslie is a nice guy. More than a little off, but nice.

Everyone knows that this is because all of the people in College Station are crazy vagrants so its the norm. No one knows better...jk :p
