I'm totally using that.
Incredible game. Both teams left everything on the field. Mac may be the scariest team in Region 4. They really have the weapons to beat any team in the region.
As for Madison, they have all their key players returning next year. Look for them to be the preseason #1 ranked team in SA next year.

I also thought that the new QB looked very good. He has a pretty good arm too!

I was incredibly impressed with the MacArthur running back. I heard he was special, but I finally had the chance to see him play last night against Madison. He's the best back in San Antonio this year hands down. I know there are several good ones, but the Craig kid is hands down a cut above the rest. Congrats to the Brahmas on their big win.

I'm not sure if it's something the coaches told him or if the players said something to him or if he just figured it out but he is not running back and forth across the field like he was in the first 2 weeks of the season. He's taking what's there and last night he had a couple of plays where the defense was there....he studder step and took off again and left the defense player in the dust. That normally doesn't happen to the Madison kids with their speed. Craig has definately raised his game the last 5 weeks.

Madison is going to loose 4 of their 5 O-Linemen but the rest of the offence will be virtually in-tack. Madison will have a log jam at the QB position next year. Each of these kids has areas they need to improve upon and they all have their own skills.
The Incumbent Sort of
Varsity #4 - Bryan Ehrlich - Jr. - He started the year as the 3rd or 4th QB option for Madison on the Varsity Squad. He is finishing the year as the starter. He can throw the ball but needs more time to develop a report with the wide outs. While he has shown a lot of toughness when he runs the ball he is the slowest by far of this bunch. Madison will have to change their Offence to fit his style of play if they want him to lead the team in 2007.

The Speedster
Varsity #8 - Devin Myler - Jr. - He has the most experience of all of the signal callers at the varsity level. He has show that he can make plays with his feet but has been shaky when asked to throw the ball. He did not take a snap in the last game against Mac.

The Complete Package
JV #12 - Soph. - This youngster has basically carried a JV squad on his back and arm this year. He has been playing on a JV squad that surprisingly does not possess a dominate RB like Madison is famous for. He can run the ball as good as or better than any in this group and has the best arm by far. Where he is lacking is size. He will need to put on some meat over the off-season or he will not be able to withstand the punishment Varsity Defenses will dish out.

The Athlete
Freshman #1 - Frosh - A true athlete a Vince Young prototype QB. He is big, strong can run and throw the ball. He does not have much experience but it will be hard for Streety and the Gang to keep him off the Varsity Level as a Soph. He also has a twin brother that plays DB/RB
