JUDSON VS COVE What's the consensus

By all accounts Judson was impressive. Cove won in a shutout so what is the consensus for next week. I predict a toss up. Home field may be the only advantage. Cove by 3!! What's everyone else's opinion.

Cove won by over 50 to start last year and won by 24 this year. Judson scored more this year, but didn't pitch the shutout I thought they'd pitch. Advantage Judson again.

Very true. Offense was not sharp could have scored 50 again but lot of mistakes. Defense was on point. Judson scored 63 points but opponent was suspect. Hope no one believes they will do that next week.

Not at all Junkie. Look for a great game, but I think Judson comes out on top with a 10 point win.

I saw Judson play last night and they looked better than I would of thought. The quarterbacks were good and they have good receivers that are big and fast. I am still not sold on their running game but they threw a bunch of kids at a team that will finish well above 500. The loss of their guard will hurt but they replaced a 292 pound guy with a 280 pound guy. Overall team speed is not worth talking about just to say they are fast. I will predict after seeing them play Judson 29 Cove 14.

I dont think Judson would score that many points....our defense is fast and physical...i say it will be a close low scoring game....

To keep with my 10 point win, CC 7 Judson 17, to keep it low scoring, and close. But I don't think it will be low scoring on both sides.

Judson should be a healthy favorite based upon Texas Football Ratings going in. They were more impressive in Week 1 against a better opponent. Cove is real good, but they're not as good as Judson.

I hate to tell you this but Copperas Cove is ranked one spot higher than Judson. And Killeen is just as good if not better than Nixon. Killeen plays in a tough 4a district with Brownwood and Midway with some others I can't think of. Will see how friday night goes

I think Cove is an awsome team they play in our district and they got us last year, but im still thinking judson will win this, Cove doesnt have the Bulldozing O-LINE they had last year and I havnt heard very highly of the Def. either, but also I am not really to familar with Judson, other than watching them my freshman year, 3 yrs ago, so im thinking Judson will probally pull this one off, but it should be a damn good game by the most 14 points but hey what do I know lol

O and rankings dont mean anything We ( A&M Cosolidated ) were in the top 10 last year and went into a tail spin (Due to alot of reason so say what you want) the last 3 games so I wouldnt look to close at the rankings when these to teams play eachother
