I hate to hear that about Lokey. With me living in Denton the last 5 years I have gotten to know him through some other friends. Good guy that comes from a great family, I wish him a speedy and full recovery.

Man sucks for Derek Lokey... good player... but if an injury were to happen I believe this is the best place for it to happen... our DL is pretty deep... Roy Miller I believe will come in and take over for Lokey....

who is going to play fullback on the goalline the rest of the season. Texas was pretty bad in there last week and without Lokey at fullback Texas is going to be hurting

Roy Miller was worked out in the same way Lokey was, but Luke Tiemann and Chris Ogbonnaya both lined up at FB in situations other than short-yardage/goal line against Nebraska so I suspect you might see those two.

Those goal line situations are where we really see the loss of Ahmard Hall and David Thomas. Neither were given credit for being the good blockers that they were and both had such tremendous instincts.

you are definitely right about Thomas and Hall. It seems like until a suitable fullback is found the only goalline play will be a fade to Sweed

Ahmard Hall was a beast... He ran a faster 40 time than Vince! at the Texas Pro Day... 4.42 I believe...
