For the L.D. Bell Martin game...Bell scored on its first possesion with a handoff up the middle for around 15-20. Mauro looked impressive completing most passes and one that split two defenders to hit a reciever... The defense looked strong for most of the game escept for one long pass by the Martin offense. Bell's defense did not give up a single touchdown...penalties were at a low except for a "late hit" which i thought was questionable. The Bell backup QBs also looked good, but the recievers dropped some easy ones.
Final Score: Bell: 2, Martin:0

I saw on another message board that Mauro was 19/28 for 240 yards -- looks like Bell is moving in the right direction -- in past years Bell started strong and finished weak -- looks like they are improving from scrimmage to scrimmage --
