Here I am 45 and have been working out(if you waht to call it that) and thinkin' that I'm in better shape.

I work myself to death and finally become a 'starter'.

Then for NO fault of my own I'm thrown BACK on the bench as a 'newbie'.

I'm tellin' y'all . . . . . . .

High school football is hard on us old guys. It just ain't fair! ;^)

he'll catch up with us soon enough. once the loony bin finds out the board is operative, they'll loosen the strait jacket enough to let his finger's do the talking.

I imagine everyone will gradually work their way over. We attempted to send a mass e-mail to all members on the former board, but that was a no go. I'm sure everyone will find this board eventually through the home page.

Of course they will find it through homepage like they do on old board.

Well under the new rules I am not allowed to post in this thread due to the Farmer amendment. I did not move to Texas until May 1, 2005 so I cannot comment.

So you're 45yrs old trying out for a high school football team and actually made 1st string for a moment?
How come this wasn't on the National news?
How many kids on the Allen squad are over 18? I think the UIL needs to look into this.

And now I'm 53 and have trouble even going up the steps at the stadiums around Texas.
Life is pitiful ! ! ! ! !

We get all kinds of +18 year move ins each year. They are all related to Brett Shipp, so Channel 8 doesn't
bother us at all about it !:o
