Season tickets have been sold out at SLC for many years. There is a waiting list. A few tickets usually open up each year but they are taken by people on the waiting list as soon as they become available.
Some friends of mine moved from the state a couple of years ago but still keep their season tickets to allow their friends to attend the games.
The single ticket cost is $12 per game plus license fee of $50 per season. Parking is $3 for everyone. Of course general admission tickets are cheaper but you better arrive early especially if you want to sit on the home side.
The 9.000 seats at Dragon Stadium are not nearly enough.

Just like SLC...they have to out-do Lufkin.

i thought we had 10,000, i taped the game while i was at the game, and i watched and i watched it not to long ago, i could of swore we they said the attendance was like 10,000. i liked the comment about the band, "that band is bigger than my graduating class", i'll try to find the tape and go through it and see

All you have to do is get to the stadium around 5pm and get in line on the visitors side. You should have no problem getting tickets. Plus they are sending some over to The Woodlands so you should be able to purchase some there.

Hey Duke,
Man I waited in line starting @ 3am Monday just to try and update for better seats. There were folks that had been waiting since midnight for a 7am opening. Needless to say, I had to stay with what I already had.
LPFan is right, just get there early enough, before the Lufkin loyal and you may get a seat on the visitors side; however, with a band a drill team the size of yours it may fill the remaining seats... :D
If all fails bring your lawnchair and sit outside the fence, they took all the advertisement signs down due to the new jumbotron scoreboard so you now have a clear view ;)
Really you shouldn't have too much a problem...

The view will not be clear unless you are about 7ft tall or you are inside the fence. They put up some grey colored filler strips in the fence. Don't worry though I am sure LISD will have everything worked out by then to make sure all the fans that want to see the game will be able to see it.

What a cynic! Always a negative spin. :(
I wouldn't be surprised if Lufkin draws more than SLC especially with that new and improved stadium.

I heard that also. I believe the stadium was built with about 7,500 and then about 1,500 were added in the end zone by the Dallas Burn when they used if for MLS soccer for two seasons. Perhaps I'm wrong.

If you are referring to Ryan game on TV, then you might also remember how there was barely breathing room for that game. I think it's a comfortable 9,000. Most games aren't too bad, with exception of Coppell, Grapevine, and Homecoming Games.

Season tickets in for Lufkin games are $30.00 per seat ( covers all 5 home games), no License fees or parking fees are charged to fans.
My 8 season tickets @ $30.00 cost me $240.00 in Lufkin for 5 games, while 8 season tickets @ $12.00 each for 5 games in SLC would cost me $480.00 plus a $50.00 license fee and $15.00 parking fees for 5 games. A grand total of $545.00 per season @ SLC??? Are you sure SL charges that much per season ticket? WOW!!
I guess wouldn't care if I had to pay the SLC prices to see Lufkin play, I would still fork over the money to buy my seats every year.

yea they did add those seats, its where we (the band sit) its quite a good view, field level, i think fans can sit in the other one? yea cause one time eddie george was sitting right next to us, speaking of eddie george, member when they had some cowboy cheerleaders come out? that was cool! :D

I buy my reserve tickets at the gate for $6. Sit on the 50 and I usually have room to lean back or put my feet up!

Why doesn't Lufkin just add the temporary bleachers in the end zones?

The SLC tickets are even more expensive that you calculate. The $50 license fee is for one ticket or $90 for two tickets. That makes the price of 8 SLC season tickets $840 plus parking. The prices were raised and the parking fees were added a few years ago when SLC was having huge budget problems due to Robin Hood. There is also a limit of 4 season tickets per person.
