Im fired up. The only bad thing is its fun watching ns score all those points but after the first three games it tends to be boring and i wind up going to games that are more apealing so im just waiting for the playoffs. All i want for next year is for ns to be put in a diff. district.

Does Northshore play Friday at Crump? If so, I will be there. And isnt the Chronicle late with their special football section with all the NFL, College and HS coverage and schedules?

In Tyler, we should get three nights of quality football this weekend! The East Texas Classic starts on Thursday night and ends Saturday night with Lee vs. Hollywood, Fl.

Hey KT ,where are you going on week 2?
I'll be at Crump on Friday also. We might have to meet up, and take in the action together.
Sounds like a plan...I'll be on the Northshore side. We can swap info and make arraingments later this week. I will be at Reliant Saturday also. Hopefully I can take in both games...my 8 year old usually gets restless after 2 quaters.

Arraingments? Did you get in some trouble recently? ;)
This weekend I plan to be at the Stade de France watching PSG vs. Nice...who's with me? Hey, I have to watch SOME kind of football. Seriously though, I've got the football bug in a bad way all the way over here. I turned to my Indonesian classmate this morning, and said, excitedly, "It's gameweek!!" Let's just say that the excitement wasn't reciprocated, :D .
Week 2, I will be attending either Westfield at Alief Taylor or North Shore at The Woodlands...(should be a no-brainer, but I really dislike going to Moorehead because of the traffic situation).

I will be in Abilene this weekend for a great double header. I dont have plans for Friday night yet, so if anyone has any suggestions for a game close to Abilene let me know.

Saw your boys on Sat. They sure have a lot of guys going both ways. Great skill position guys, but the lines were questionable, especially offensively.
Westlake will try not to stumble all over themselves like they did last year in week 0 and try to pull this one out. They win it on paper, but games aren't played on paper.

Our defensive line will be one of the better units on our team. I can't say the same about the offensive line, but i can about our dline. Our skill guys will carry the team.

They dont' try and make money off the charters...they just split it by 56 people and I guess 19 bucks came up as the deal.

I just cant wait for season to start. Hoping this will be a good football year for me as a watcher.

This is my first week-before -week-zero on this site, last year i got on right after the first game of the season, so its really making me anxious...i don't know how some of you old geezers can still be paying attention so intensly, it seems like all the excitement might rile up some "bum tickers"

LeanderLions3033:
Baby and I will be sitting on the Leander side and rooting for Leander. I don't ever feel right not rooting for 1 or the other.
We decided to sit on the Leander side and root for them because I don't think we would fit in with the Westlake crowd. I mean, I grew up going to the private uppity schools. But deep down inside, there is a redneck struggling to get out. The only thing that keeps me from being white trash is that Baby and I are not related..hahaha. :D
No really though, when I show around the uppity types, they look at me funny and I end up popping off something. They dont like my shaved head, tattoos, and earrings. I am probably going to be wearing an ECA shirt though.
We currently dont have any other team stuff. Perhaps they will have some Leander shirts there for us to buy.

Exact same place I'll be as well. Really hate the drive out that way, but I go where ever the Red and Black attack goes. If you find yourselves say all the way up top at the fifty yard line your bound to run across me. That's my prefered seat at any and all games. When you set up high you see everythign that goes on. Where as if your settingown low you have to look over or around people to see all the action.

whoa i didn't get my tickets yet and our side always full so sometimes i would sit on the grass beside the seats, lol. We have 16,000 capacity at our stadium so maybe I could sit on the Florida side which there probably not going to be that many (just to be funny with my friends).

KT and BDC - I will also be at Crump. I will be (yeah - you quessed it) sitting by the band. My favorite spot. Dread the drive. Will have to go directly to stadium from work.
I have only missed 2 games in the last 4 years. One was the Pearland game where Bobby Reid ran us to victory in the mud and the other was last years LaPorte game.
