I know this is a late post but I just had time to get back online. But ouch. Euless Trinity is a great football team. I would need be a big man had I not responded after my predicted upset. ET has everything in place to win another state title. Yeah the wind was high and our special teams sucked BAD, but there is no way we would have won that game had the wind been still, and the special teams were perfect. Now I am rooting for ET to win the state championship again. We were way overmatched.

KUDOS wacohighfan for the post. ET has a lot of tools that haven't even been used so far. I look for a year to remember. The stats haven't been as great as last year for several reasons; one being that they score on almost every first half possession. This means that they don't have to keep the starters in the game second half and keep running up the stats. Hopefully this week will be a good indicator of the rest of the year as they get most of the starters back for a go at SGP. WACO has nothing to be down about. They played hard the whole game and I expect them to gor far this year. The game with REL should be good and close.

Wacohighfan...this all is in fun. I take nothing personal in being proud of your team and letting people know it. It only gets yough when the comments get personal. The more I read someone's style in posting, the more I understand that person and how to react. Let me know sometime you are up this way, maybe at a playoff. We can meet and really harrass each other (just kidding) In all honesty, Waco will recover nicely and do well this year. The coach will help the kids use this game as a baraometer and a lesson to improve on. Now Tyler ( at least a certain poster) does not believe how many starters were out for their game. It would not have been a pretty sight if all the starters were present. Hopefully, the whole teame with the exception of one, will be at the next game. Good luck to ya!

I was really wondering how Lee gave you all such a decent game. The 2 times I've seen Lee, they weren't very impressive. Starters missing explains alot.
